We offer scenic tours to allow you to appreciate the beauty of the countryside at your preferred pace. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, it is essential that you can ride a bicycle safely and responsibly along main roads with moderate traffic. Before each tour, we will provide detailed information about the functioning of the bicycles and share safety tips so that you can enjoy the day to the fullest, without worries.

Is a pick-up service available?
Currently, we do not offer a pick-up service. We will provide you with information about the meeting point before the tour, allowing you to plan accordingly. For any needs, feel free to contact us; we will be happy to assist you with logistics in the most convenient way possible.

What brands and sizes of bicycles are available for rental?
We offer four top-notch Dutch e-bikes, KOGA PACE B05 Tokyo Edition, available for rental in size L and M. Additionally, we have two Specialized Diverge gravel bikes available for rental, in sizes L and M.

What is the recommended minimum age to participate in your tours?
Participation in our tours is open to children aged at least 10 years who feel comfortable on a bicycle, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience. For safety reasons, we cannot accept the participation of expectant mothers in our bicycle tours.

How do you handle food intolerances/allergies?
We carefully note all dietary restrictions. Please contact us in advance, and we will provide you with available options.

Do you provide conventional and electric bicycles?
Certainly, we have four high-quality electric bicycles and two gravel bikes. Additionally, we collaborate with local companies to offer additional bicycle options suitable for your fitness level and height. If you prefer to join the tour with a traditional bicycle, you can bring your personal bike or contact us in advance to arrange rental. For more information, please contact us directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in cash and through bank transfer. An electronic invoice will be generated for every transaction.

Can you purchase bottles of local wine during the tours?
Certainly, we recommend bringing a small backpack with you during the tour.

What is the recommended dress code?
In case of dry weather forecasts, you can comfortably wear sportswear and sneakers. However, if temperatures are cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or a lightweight windbreaker for the tour, along with a small backpack for your personal items.

Is it necessary to bring a helmet?
We provide helmets included in the tour cost.
Requirements to participate in the tours
To participate in our tours, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Competence in safely riding a bicycle.
- Good health condition.
- Confidence in cycling on roads with vehicle traffic.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation made within 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled tour date, a full refund will be provided. For cancellations beyond this period or in case of a no-show, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the booked tour.
